 I love to paint, take photographs, go on adventures, dance, wander and seek beauty, insight and meaning. I see through the lens of possibility and challenge myself to listen intuitively to what develops...to what wants to emerge. It's quite amazing when I drop into my body, the process becomes more meditative, heart centered and feels more freeing. Cultivating courage, trust and being in the moment activates this creative exploration. We all have this creativity. When my shoulders relax, my breath deepens and I find myself in the flow.
